Ensuring safety and quality service during lockdown

Viridor is continuing to stay close to Government guidance to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and wider community during lockdown.

These remain challenging times for us all and we will continue to make every effort to limit the spread of the virus, while maintaining our high standard of essential services.

A crucial part of this service is communicating with our customers as efficiently as possible. If you would like to reactivate a suspended service, or if there is anything else you would like to discuss with us, please get in touch.

At all sites, we have implemented measures to prioritise the health, welfare and risk of exposure for our employees, customers and essential visitors. 

We are still here for you and we are working hard to ensure our services continue. We are following the Government guidance in order to protect our customers, staff, visitors and the wider country.

We continue to respond to the pandemic as required with the safety, health and wellbeing of our employees and agency staff as a priority.
