Ensuring safety and quality service as lockdown eases

Viridor is continuing to stay close to Government guidance to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and wider community as the UK lockdown eases.

These remain challenging times for us all and we will continue to make every effort to limit the spread of the virus, while maintaining our high standard of essential services.

A crucial part of this service post-lockdown is communicating with our customers as efficiently as possible. If you would like to reactivate a suspended service, or if there is anything else you would like to discuss with us, please get in touch.

Please bear in mind the fast changing situation and additional email traffic at this time may mean you wait a little longer than normal for a reply.

At all sites, we have implemented measures to prioritise the health, welfare and risk of exposure for our employees, customers and essential visitors.

Finally, thank you to all our customers and suppliers for their ongoing support and our dedicated staff for their incredible efforts during these unprecedented times.
